You want to know what Sanctuary Status is all about? Here is the latest best example of how our Maryland politicians and local law enforcement are more concerned about the safety of those with no moral or legal right to be in Montgomery County and Maryland.
Two DACA ready DREAMERS attending Rockville High School dragged a 14 year old child, also a student, into the boys room, tossed her against her will into a stall where they took turns using and abusing her. While this may be standard operating procedure in Guatemala its a pretty serious FELONY here in the U.S.
While we are still waiting for more details on these two upstanding citizens in waiting, we do know that one was supposed to be DEPORTED over 6 months ago.
Even more troubling is that neither suspect was an MS-13 or Latin King gang member. That totally expands the pool of potential criminals in our community who are making their way to Maryland where they will be greeted with open arms by our politicians and police force, and a CASA of Maryland box lunch.
I guess County Executive Ike Leggett, the entire Montgomery County Council and MoCo Police Chief Tom Manger thought it was a good idea to allow these two creeps to attend Rockville High School.
This in a show of solidarity and compassion with CASA of Maryland, the ACLU, and the two sponsors of the Maryland State Sanctuary legislation (The Trust Act), State Senator Victor Ramirez (D) and State Delegate Marice Morales (D).
Calling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) BEFORE the crime was never an option!
Clearly no one had any compassion for the 14 year old child brutally raped and sodomized in a boys bathroom stall!
Even washed up former Rockville City Council member Tom Moore (D) could not get himself to admit that allowing illegal alien Hispanic criminals to attend our schools and roam our communities is a bad idea.
Instead Moore (who supports Rockville becoming a Sanctuary City) found the time and compassion to send a “love note” to Help Save Maryland.
Tom also called Help Save Maryland’s leaders and members RACISTS.
” I will not stand silent while you and other members of Help Save Maryland demonize some of the most vulnerable people in this country”, stated Tom Moore.
Tom do you mean “vulnerable” as in the 14 year old child who was raped and sodomized in the bathroom stall by the very illegal aliens you welcomed here???
By the way, Moore was the point person OPPOSED to Term Limits in Montgomery County which passed by nearly 70 percent of the vote.
I bet over 70 percent of MoCo citizens would disagree with Moore in his shocking defense of the Rockville High School rapists!
— Where is Governor Larry Hogan on this brutal crime committed by illegal aliens??
— Where are the Women’s Rights Activists who marched the streets of DC (under guidance of a female Muslim hate monger) on condemning this horrible act??
— Do female Hispanics (THE RAPE VICTIM) not qualify for Women’s Rights in the same way female supporters of Israel do not qualify?
“Local Two Rockville High students arrested for allegedly raping classmate at school”

A 14 year old girl was pushed into a boys bathroom at Rockville High School on Thursday morning and raped by two other students during school hours, according to Montgomery County District Court records filed Friday. Police arrested two ninthgraders, Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, who appeared in court Friday and were ordered held without bond.
“I believe that you are a danger,” District Judge Eugene Wolfe told Sanchez. On Thursday morning, Montano forced the girl, who told police she knew him as a friend, into a bathroom after asking her to have sex with him, which she refused, according to court documents. The girl tried to resist being dragged into a bathroom stall, clinging to a sink, as Montano pulled her then shoved her into a stall, the court records state.
The two took turns holding the girl down and sexually assaulting her as she cried out, fought back and repeatedly told them to stop, according to police affidavits filed in court. A noise at the bathroom door caused Sanchez to leave the bathroom, and Montano to put his hand over the girl’s mouth to keep her quiet, according to the affidavits. The girl eventually got out of the bathroom and told a staff member what happened.
Detectives interviewed Sanchez and Montano and found evidence in the bathroom, according to authorities. Sanchez, a native of Guatemala who arrived in the United States about seven months ago, has a pending “alien removal” case against him, court officials said Friday. “He is a substantial flight risk,” Montgomery County Assistant States Attorney Rebecca MacVittie said in court Friday.
Montano has been in the United States for about eight months, MacVittie said. Details about Sanchez’s removal case, or Montano’s immigration status, couldn’t immediately be learned Friday. John Lavigne, a public defender who represented Montano and Sanchez in court, did not give an account of their version of the events. Montano and Sanchez were charged with firstdegree rape and two counts of first degree sexual offense, police said. Montano’s address was not provided by police. Sanchez lives in Aspen Hill. Montano was charged as an adult in the case, but because of his age, police said, they did not release his photograph after the arrest.
The school acknowledged the incident in a letter sent to parents Friday, saying the alleged assailants were arrested at the school, which has about 1,300 students. “Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment for all of our students is our top priority,” the letter from Principal BillieJean Bensen said. “Our staff remains vigilant in the monitoring of our school each and every day.”
Gboyinde Onijala, a schools spokeswoman, said she could not comment on why Sanchez and Montano are only in ninth grade.
